The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the center of the old town. You'll find yourself surrounded by restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. The bathroom is modern and the shower stall is excellent. The cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the apartment provides direct views of the market and even the sunrise. Bonus points for having a lift and comfortable accommodation for four people.

The communication with the host was not ideal, with minimal interaction and one-way communication flow.

It was good base for visiting most Zagreb attractions😃

We never received a code for the door prior to arrival, but luckily we ran into the cleaner who gave us the card and codes. The location is amazing, right on the market square. The studio was modern and stylish with a large, modern bathroom. The cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy and the curtains blocked out all the morning sunlight.
